Dark Hot Chocolate

Grand Cru Chocolat Chaud Sprüngli
On a cold winter night, I like a good Hot Chocolate and since many cafés use instant chocolate powder and I do not like that, I make my own hot chocolate most of the time. I always use real swiss chocolate with at least 60 percent cocoa. I think that improves the quality of the Hot Chocolate enormously, compared to any instant powder. The only product for Hot Chocolate I know that I like is Sprüngli’s “Grand Cru Chocolat Chaud” with a 70 percent share of cocoa.
