In this blog I present you with the Cappuccinos and Espressi I enjoyed particularly (or not at all) to give you an idea where you could go to enjoy your coffee break. I’ ve had a passion for coffee since I first tried it and since I have been disappointed quite a few times by the cafés I chose, and I love to write, I decided to write about my experiences with cafés.
A while ago I found out that I’ m lactose intolerant and therefore now a major focus on my reviews lies on the question whether the cafés I visit support lactose free products. I love Cappuccino, but now I’ m forced to drink something without milk. Espresso has grown on me a lot (If it’ s GOOD Espresso with a rich body, little bitterness and a moderate acid note). I’ m still looking for a café that serves Cappuccino with sheep’ s milk (tastes almost like cow milk, very moderate taste that blends well with coffee) but I couldn’ t convince anyone so far.
So if you spot Cappuccino reviews on this site, they are from before I knew I shouldn’ t drink it. I stand by every single review I wrote, and the stars I awarded. I have a 10 star system, but I’ ve never given 10 stars. There has been ONE coffee that got 9 Stars. That’ s the one.
I started this blog as a means to inform those who are interested in what coffee they drink about where they can find cafés that care about that, too.
Your opinion matters!
Comments are very welcome on this site. I would like to read your tips or suggestions as to which cafés I should try, and if you’ ve been at a café you liked and took a photo please let me know!
